The Abejas Sports and Recreation Center in Tijuana was developed by architects from Border Arquitectos within an area facing rapid urban growth and limited public infrastructure. The project focuses on incorporating sports, recreation, and community activity into the neighborhood. The development occurred in 2024 and covers an area of 60,000 square meters. The project was executed with Cemex cementos as a manufacturer and led by Oficina Border Arquitectos S.A.S de C.V., along with Proyectos y Construcciones Velisa, S. de R.L. de C.V.
