2012 Ferrari 458 Spider
This 2012 Ferrari 458 Spider is finished in Nero Daytona over Cuoio leather and is powered by a 4.5-liter DOHC V8 paired with a replacement seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle. The car has been fitted with an Akrapovic exhaust system and Novitec lowering springs, and additional features include an electronic differential, 20″ five-spoke alloy wheels, a power-retractable hardtop, adaptive xenon headlights, a front-axle lift system, carbon-fiber racing seats, a carbon-fiber steering wheel, navigation, a CD stereo, a JBL sound system, and dual-zone automatic climate control. The vehicle was acquired in 2025 by the current owner, who has since added 4k of the 34k miles. This 458 Spider is now offered in California by the seller on behalf of the owner at no reserve with service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Montana title in the name of the owner’s LLC.
The car is finished in Nero Daytona and features a power-retractable hardtop, whose wiring harness was replaced in February 2017, while the cable cam was replaced in February 2026. Additional exterior features include adaptive xenon headlights, fog lights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, LED taillights, and triple exhaust outlets. Paint-protection film has been applied to the front end, side skirts, and leading edges of the quarter panels.
The car rides on Novitec lowering springs and is equipped with magnetorheological dampers and a front-axle lift system. Braking is handled by black-finished Ferrari calipers over cross-drilled carbon-ceramic rotors at all four corners, and the front brake pads were replaced in September 2024. The 20″ five-spoke alloy wheels are mounted over wheel spacers and are wrapped in Pirelli P Zero tires.
The cabin features carbon-fiber racing seats upholstered in Cuoio leather, and features include carbon-fiber interior trim, navigation, a CD stereo, a JBL sound system, and dual-zone automatic climate control. The seller notes that various sticky buttons, along with the steering column covers and vents, were refinished in July 2020. One window switch is sticky, and portions of the rearview mirror are failing.
The carbon-fiber multifunction steering wheel fronts column-mounted shift paddles and features LED shift indicator lights as well as a red engine-start button and an adjustable manettino that toggles among several traction control and vehicle settings. Instrumentation consists of a central tachometer with a 9k-rpm redline flanked by two configurable displays. The digital odometer indicates 34k miles, approximately 4k of which were added under current ownership. Blemishes are located on the steering wheel emblem.
The mid-mounted 4.5-liter F136F V8 features a flat-plane crankshaft as well as dry-sump lubrication, and was factory rated at 562 horsepower and 398 lb-ft of torque. Service has included replacing the spark plugs in September 2024, as well as the serpentine belt and performing an oil change in October 2025.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a replacement Getrag seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle that was installed in June 2025. The car is equipped with an electronic differential as well as an Akrapovic exhaust system.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or damage.

Sentinel — Human

Confidence

The text reads as a detailed, human-generated vehicle advertisement rich in specific technical specifications and subjective owner observations.

Signals Detected
low severity: Sentence length variance is present; the text shifts between highly descriptive lists and narrative descriptions.
low severity: The text flows logically from initial identification to specific component details, with minor inconsistencies (e.g., future date reference in the car acquisition), suggesting human editing or direct copy of technical specifications.
low severity: The text functions primarily as a highly detailed product listing, using structured enumeration typical of sales descriptions rather than argumentative prose.
low severity: Specific details (e.g., tire size, specific year mentions for replacement parts) suggest reference to real-world documentation, although the chronological inconsistencies require human oversight.
Human Indicators
Inclusion of subjective or potentially conflicting details regarding service history and minor defects (sticky buttons, failing mirror) which suggests personal observation rather than pure data aggregation.
The structure transitions between objective feature lists and observational commentary that is typical of private sales listings.
