Kuwait has condemned Iran's strikes on its territory as a "blatant violation of the country's sovereignty", state media quoted the foreign ministry as saying.
"The attacks are a direct threat to Kuwait's security, stability and the safety of civilians, and represent a clear violation of the UN Charter," the ministry said.
It added that the attacks undermine "regional de-escalation efforts" and "challenges the international determination to achieve that goal".
The ministry stressed that the country reserves the "right to take all necessary measures to protect its security, stability and the safety of its citizens and residents, and ministry concluded".
