Within the framework of the 3rd International Armenological Congress, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Matenadaran and the Armenian Institute of Poland, establishing the principal directions and priorities of bilateral collaboration. The memorandum was signed by Ara Khzmalyan, Director of the Matenadaran, and Hrachya Boyajyan, President of the Armenian Institute and Honorary Consul.
It may be recalled that the Director of Matenadaran has been elected a member of the Board of Trustees of the Sadok Baracz Center for Armenology at the Jagiellonian University in Poland.
In the near future, approximately 600 titles of books on Armenology will be sent from Matenadaran to the Center.
