I’m sure this originated from the US, using its carrot and stick, to coerce Ukraine into attacking Iran. The US has been pushing the GCC and Europe (and everyone else) to attack Iran and to denounce Iran’s actions at every opportunity. They have generally complied with this directive.
Meanwhile, the Houthis in Yemen are attacking KSA. They also sent a few missiles at Israel today. And they are interfering with traffic in the Bab el Mandeb strait.
Also, a few persian Gulf countries attacked Iran this week after being attacked by Iran again.
I’m going to need a program to keep track of who is attacking who.

The risk is muted because Ukraine has already won its war the same way Iran has already won theirs. Both are smaller nations fighting the corpse of a has-been empire with a paper tiger army. Both are defending against the kind of imperialist aggression that makes no sense in today’s world. Both are much more with the times than the USA and post-USSR ever will be.
How has Ukraine won it’s war? Russia still controls vast parts of it’s territory and is not being pushed back. Ukraine’s stated goal to get all of it’s territory back so it won’t win it’s war unless that happens which is at the moment highly unlikely.
He is channeling Trump who says he won the Iran war about 50 times now.

Anyone who sees that strategy working is as delusional as Jojo is about Iran. Russia is out of men, has no economy outside of oil and crime, and has China administering half their country because they’re so deep in debt. What a price to pay for Crimea (which they already took in 2014 so it barely counts) and parts of the Donbass (worthless)!
And as for taking territory back? Ukraine doesn’t need to fight offensives because Russia’s not lasting another ten years after whatever half assed peace the two work out. All they do is sit there and grind down wave after wave of conscripts with drones. It’s the dumbest war ever and Russia should have taken their wins and left long ago. Now they’re just a vacuum China will happily fill.

But Russia’s stated goal was never taking 100% of Ukraine. It was just to take the Eastern parts that are populated with native Russians. They’ve mostly accomplished that already so there isn’t a need to advance much further.
I expect Russia to last a lot longer than Ukraine. The people there are used to suffering (they well remember WWII).
Finally it’s ALWAYS a great idea to have someone else die for your country. Letting North Koreans and Africans die instead of Russians is just good common sense. The US does the same whenever it can by using proxy countries / men.

Russia needs to end the Ukraine war as soon as possible-like yesterday. They need to crush Ukraine- occupy Odessa and Kyev and chase Zelinsky out of the country. Russia’s war with NATO will continue-at least until we get rid of Trump and the nationalists in Europe replace the Globalists in several key countries.
If the Iran war continues as it has for the past 2 weeks, the entire world will face a global recession, if not depression. If that happens Trump needs to go. Democrats had better not blow the midterm elections. If they impeach Trump and the World goes to hell, I think Trump will be forced to resign in lieu of Senate conviction, as even a majority of republican Senators might move to convict. This is getting scary.
Unfortunately for you and Putin, Ukraine will not participate in your grand strategy. If Putin was able to crush Ukraine it would have happened years ago.

According to this ZH story, Ukraine hit Russian ships transporting war materials FROM Iran, not TO Iran! That seems perfectly fair to me.
