PRESTWICK Airport has officially confirmed the launch of a new winter route.
Ryanair will fly from South Ayrshire to Turin every week, with the highly anticipated route launching in December.
Flights will operate every Saturday from December 12 to March 27, giving travellers access to some key winter sport activities.
The airport said: "Whether you're dreaming of fresh powder, family ski adventures or cosy alpine escapes, getting to the slopes has never been easier."
