This whole article sounds weird. For a start, it seems that Erdogan has never heard of an end user certificate when it comes to weapons. Legally Turkiye may not be allowed to send those systems to the UAE without Russia’s clearance which I doubt that they give. Most countries are very picky about end user certificates. Once in the UAE or Qatar you would have US teams tearing it apart to get all the info that they could and Erdogan would know this. Good thing that there will be no consequences for Turkiye.

If McConnell dies soon enough before the midterms, as in now, a special election has to be called to fill his seat. And there is Thomas Massie of Kentucky who could run and maybe win.
“Kentucky law requires a special election to fill a U.S. Senate vacancy, called by the governor with at least 63 days’ notice, and nominees from the major parties typically appear on both ballots if a vacancy occurs near a general election.”
Can the GOP estab keep this going for another 3 weeks?
