Prior to joining Roksanda earlier this month, Dacsef was head of flou at Stella McCartney, where he spent eight months overseeing unstructured and draped womenswear, including dresses and blouses.
He previously worked at JW Anderson as senior womenswear designer for more than four years (2021-25), following a five-year tenure (2016-21) at Marni as a womenswear ready-to-wear designer.
Executive search firm Mode announced the appointment on LinkedIn, adding that Dacseef will “bring a wealth of experience across some of the industry’s most respected luxury fashion houses”.
“Simon has built an impressive reputation for his creative vision, craftsmanship and innovative approach to womenswear design. His talent and leadership make him a natural fit for this role, and we’re excited to see the continued evolution of the brand under his creative direction.”
The appointment comes as Roksanda continues to develop its “new phase of growth and global expansion” under new CEO Patricia Sancho.
