There’s a push in Congress to merge the US military and Intelligence Agencies with Israel’s what are your thoughts about this and other than calling our congressional representatives what can we do to stop this treasonous measure
Hi Glenn, I really admire your intelligence, independence, and willingness to keep exposing injustice even when the system seems almost immune to accountability. I also know you care deeply about animals and have done real work with dogs in Brazil.
My question is: after covering so many abuses of power over the last 15 years, do you ever feel like it is a losing battle? What keeps you motivated when so much of what you say makes sense, but powerful people often face no real consequences and very little seems to change?
And to keep myself from becoming too cynical, can you point to three meaningful wins from the last 15 years where journalism, public pressure, or independent voices actually helped change something?
