TAIPEI/NEW YORK -- CCSH Corporation, the parent of Chinese memory chip giant Yangtze Memory Technologies Corp (YMTC), announced Friday that it plans to raise at least 33 billion yuan ($4.9 billion) in a listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
