Il estime que l’excès de vitesse serait à la base de l’accident. « Il y a un bilan provisoire de 13 morts et 35 blessés graves, qui sont tous acheminés à Lubudi-Centre pour les soins éventuels. Et les corps sont en train d'être acheminés pour être gardés à la morgue, en attendant que la province puisse nous dire ce que nous pouvons faire », poursuit l’administrateur de Lubudi.
