MAA Announces Official Testing Centers for the 2027 American Invitational Mathematics Examination

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Mathematical Association of America (MAA) today announced that the 2027 American Invitational Mathematics Examination (AIME) will be administered at Pearson testing centers across the United States and Canada.
This change continues the MAA’s work to protect the integrity of its competitions and it follows the successful introduction of official competition sites for the 2026 USA Mathematical Olympiad and USA Junior Mathematical Olympiad, which brought top students together at 31 host institutions for the first time in the competitions’ history.
Students qualify for AIME through top performance on an MAA American Mathematics Competition (AMC). Eligible students who score 100 or above on AMC 10 and 85 on AMC 12 will qualify to register for AIME, which will be offered February 5 and 6, 2027.
