USA and Denmark agree on Greenland agreement
(OSLO/WASHINGTON D.C.) The US gets permanent control over security in Greenland, says the US president. At the same time, the US air force exercises over Greenland in cooperation with the Danes.
In a post on Truth Social on Friday, President Donald Trump wrote that an agreement has been reached between the USA and Greenland.
– I am glad to announce that the USA has entered into an agreement with the Kingdom of Denmark and Greenland. It gives the USA permanent control over security, he writes.
