She started her career at EY in Malaysia before moving to Sumitomo Mitsui Asset Management where she was a senior portfolio manager.
Lim has led the discretionary business for institutional wealth including family offices, endowments, non-profit organisations and foundations.
She is a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountant (ACCA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Lin as served as board member in non-profit organisations focusing on education, gender equality and wellness.
